DAD Airport is the closest airport, about 20 minutes from Naman Retreat. Depending on your location, there are direct flights or 2nd option would be transit at Ho Chi Minh's Tan Son Nhat International Airport (SGN).
The Grab app is reliable and easy to use throughout Vietnam. If you're staying at Naman Retreat, you won't need transport between events as everything is on-site.
We've secured a special room rate for guests staying at the resort — it's also the easiest option, since every event takes place on-site. Quote the code "Huy & Alethea" and email reservations@namanretreat.com to book at the special rate.
If you don't hold an APEC Business Travel Card, we'd recommend prebooking the Vietnam Airport Fast Track service — it must be booked in advance, and the average immigration wait without it runs about 1–1.5 hours. It's also worth completing the pre-arrival registration form ahead of your flight. If you need a visa, you can apply in advance through the official Vietnam e-Visa portal.

Please send us your RSVP by November 1, 2026, so we can finalize seating and catering.
We're excited to celebrate our special day with all of our loved ones — little ones included!
We've planned a couple of experiences to help our guests immerse themselves in Vietnamese culture during the weekend. Both are entirely optional.
Lantern Making Class
On a recent trip to Đà Nẵng and Hội An, we placed candlelit paper lanterns onto the Thu Bồn River and watched them drift downstream, carrying our wishes with them. It was a beautiful, symbolic moment we shared together. Lanterns are more than a symbolic wish though. They are a craft passed down through generations in Vietnam, with every colour and shape carrying its own meaning. It felt like the perfect tradition to bring into our wedding, and we would love for you to take a little piece of Vietnam home with you. The lantern you make is yours to keep, to hang wherever you call home.
Coffee Making Class
We are obsessed with Vietnamese black coffee. Slow drip coffee is our daily morning ritual, though it is very strong and perhaps not suitable for everyone. So we decided to organise a coffee class, giving you the chance to enjoy it too, just in a different way. In the class, you will learn how to make different Vietnamese coffees, like cà phê sữa đá (iced milk coffee) and cà phê trứng, the beloved Hanoi egg coffee.
To keep things intimate, each session is limited to 10 guests — if there's plenty of interest, we'll be happy to open more sessions.

Heritage Train
A scenic alternative for the Đà Nẵng ↔ Huế leg: the Heritage Train follows the coast over the spectacular Hải Vân Pass, covering about 103 km in roughly 2.5–3 hours. It doesn't run to Hội An, so it only makes sense for the Đà Nẵng–Huế stretch. Tickets can be booked through Klook.
Getting between them: Đà Nẵng ↔ Hội An is about 45 minutes; Đà Nẵng ↔ Huế is roughly 2.5 hours, or a scenic drive over the Hải Vân Pass. Grab is the easiest way to get around all three. For longer trips between cities, feel free to reach out to us — we're happy to refer a driver we trust.
